Nightfall named a 2024 leader in Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

It’s official: Nightfall has been named as a leader in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data security, and sensitive data discovery by G2’s peer-reviewed marketplace.

At Nightfall, our goal is to help customers to discover, classify, and protect their sensitive data across the cloud. This season we enhanced and expanded our DLP coverage via the following new features:

• Generative AI detection: Scan for PII, PHI, secrets, and images with double the precision of AWS Comprehend, Google DLP, and Microsoft Purview.
• Human firewall: Unlock security at scale by involving employees directly in the remediation process.
• Advanced secrets scanning: Use the combined powers of Nightfall and Snyk to detect and remediate leaked secrets in developer-centric apps like GitHub and Jira.
• Historical scanning: Discover and scrub sensitive data in stored files (including HAR files) to prevent privilege escalation attacks.
